Sangare Conservancy is a 4,250 acre private conservancy in Nyeri County. Sangare holds three dramatic river valleys, a large dam and a diversity of habitats – open plains, riverine forest, bushland – sustaining a vast diversity of flora, birds and animals (including leopard, buffalo, lion and a few resident elephants).
